Off the back of the seismic change that has occurred in the real estate industry in Newcastle over the past few years, Walkom Real Estate recognised their business was also in need of transformation. 

As a well-known and respected local business operating for more than 50 years, Walkom already had a highly esteemed brand. The challenge for Wild and Free Media was to take this heritage brand and modernise it, while staying true to Walkom’s original brand values.

Wild and Free Media completed a total brand rejuvenation for Walkom Real Estate including a brand strategy and refreshed brand identity. 

The brand strategy also extended to Walkom’s website, which we completed a full audit of to ensure it was meeting SEO best practice. 

Additional elements that were updated as part of the brand overhaul included various marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, promotional car wraps and advertising signage as well as a new, targeted approach to public relations. 

The result of our collaboration with Walkom Real Estate was a new look and feel that extended across their entire business, giving it a much more contemporary position in the marketplace, while honouring their brand history.
