Peony Property Staging

PEONY PROPERTY STAGING
THE CHALLENGE

Jaculin Dodson established her company Peony Property Staging in late 2015. With her love for interiors, design, architecture and real estate combined with her passion for helping people, her business has been flourishing ever since. However, with Jacci’s knowledge of design she knew that Peony needed a fresh and consistent look to help her company excel.

Our challenge was to create a consistent look that was able to evolve the brand and align it more closely with the industry. Wild and Free Media needed to refine the look and feel of Peony’s brand to be modern and elegant, and bring focus and cohesion in the way that would portray the personality of the company, particularly through digital media.
THE SOLUTION

Wild and Free Media worked closely with Jacci to help focus and ready her brand for its next phase of growth. Through our subscription package - Wild for Hire - we were able to operate as Peony’s external Marketing Department as if we were in the room next door. She set the number of hours, we set the rate.

In order to focus Peony’s brand, we needed to align their look across digital and traditional media. To bring more personality and warmth to the brand, we arranged a professional photoshoot in order to establish Jacci as the face of Peony. To create consistent content we utilised the same colour palette and brought in light, bright and fresh elements to all design work, and created new content across digital and traditional media. The result was a polished, cohesive look for Peony’s brand.

A key part of reinforcing the consistency of the brand was through creating a structured social media content plan. With regular posts we were able to showcase the high quality of Jaculin’s work through before and after photos and curated content. With this plan we were able to make Peony’s social media and email marketing reflect the brilliance of the brand.

In order to engage other professionals, we developed Linkedin pages for Peony Property Staging and Jaculin, along with new letterhead and flyers, all of which presented a consistent look.
